An award-winning journalist, I've fostered the practice of ethical and insightful journalism with my work through my collegiate career. Spending my final two years of college in State College, Pa., I have experience reporting for print and online news companies. In the 2015-16 school year, I covered Penn State football, basketball and women's soccer for various publications, with bylines from Madison Square Garden, Beaver Stadium, M&T Bank Stadium, among others. In March 2016, I spent spring break in Athens, Greece as a part of a 16-student international reporting course that reported enterprise stories on the refugee and economic crises.
A lifelong New Yorker, I'm an avid sports observer and pursue a career in sports journalism. In my hometown Brooklyn, NY, I freelance at the Canarsie Courier reporting on general assignments, which range from local community meetings to middle school sports.
