Hi I'm Marlon, a Latino, in one of the best country's in the world, trying to make a difference for His good in my world.

I'm passionate about life, not in the lovey dovey high emotions type of way. Rather passionate in owning my own life and helping other achieve said goal. To me it doesn't matter whether you want to be working in something that you're truly passionate about or want to change a community, city or country, be full of passion.

I encourage, coach and mentor people from all around the world to really step out of their comfort zone, 'have a go', or for a lack of a better word 'get ahead' in what they are currently doing. If there is something I do know or will not be the best person for the job, I'll ultimately direct you to the best person I know for the job or task.

I'm a believer of working together, whilst working smarter not harder and definitely not in competition to others. It's disruptive, but it works, time and time again. It's allowed me to achieve some of the many goals and dreams I've wanted along the way, so I know it works. Knowing that so much disruptive change is coming to this market let alone on the world scale, you have to be open. Every now and again, you need a helpful, push - or kick at times - to get you moving into a direction that's better suited.

The power in which this occurs is thinking of others first. More disruptive thinking... but if I help others achieve what the want or ultimately want, it is a win win win situation for all involved. Funny how there is no business that operates without people, so I always say, "focus on the people first then everything else will fall into place." Coupled with knowing why you do something, these two will revolutionise the way you do faith, business, love and relationships.
