Marlon Pascoal

I am an entrepreneur and engineer with over 15 years of experience in leading software development, product management, and data-driven teams across multiple industries. I have co-founded several startups, including adeliveria.com, which was acquired by iFood, and Arbo Imóveis, which merged with Superlógica Tecnologias to create a groundbreaking business unit for real estate agencies.

Currently, I am the Director of Data at Superlógica Tecnologias, where I lead strategic initiatives in data governance, analytics, and product scalability. My work focuses on empowering businesses with data-driven insights and building scalable systems that drive growth and retention.

Previously, as the CTO of Superlógica Imobiliárias, I managed a multidisciplinary team of more than 300 professionals spanning product, engineering, DevOps, data, help desk, and quality assurance. Together, we developed and maintained innovative solutions that support over 4,000 real estate agencies and 800,000 rental contracts. I specialized in aligning technology with market needs, leveraging frameworks such as ITIL and the Theory of Constraints to enhance operational efficiency.

I am deeply passionate about transforming industries through technology and methodology. My expertise spans governance of data, scalable product strategies, and fostering collaborative, high-performing teams. I also actively contribute to the startup ecosystem as a mentor, advisor, and leader within global and local communities, including the Google Developers Group, the Founder Institute, and various innovation hubs.

I am currently an advisor to several companies, supporting their growth and strategic initiatives with my expertise in technology and data. Additionally, I am actively involved in volunteer work, including leadership roles in the Google Developers Group and initiatives such as the Redfoot Startups community, Startup Weekend events, and mentorship programs like the Hotmilk Accelerator. These experiences have allowed me to give back to the entrepreneurial ecosystem while continuing to learn and grow alongside innovative leaders and teams.
