Max-R. Ulbricht

I am a Technical Officer @ BlnBDI, the DPA of the state of Berlin, Germany. Before that, I was a CS Research Associate at Technical University Berlin. After years of working as a research assistant at the chair of „Computers & Society“, I joined the "Information Systems Engineering" group. Beside my interest in questions of the regulation of and by technology, my research focuses on privacy enhancing technologies and consent management concepts for the integration of highly distributed and autonomous information systems.
