Marquis Palmer

Marquis was born in San Jose, California. In 1990 he received a bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The Otis Art Insitute of Parsons School of Design. Marquis moved to Amsterdam in 1991 and currently works as a freelance photographer and graphic designer.
