Tom Marsella of Fresno, CA co-founded the financial planning company Retirement Concepts of America, based out of Fresno, along with his son, Darin. Together, they follow a conservative approach when it comes to advising clients. RCA offers customers many services, including TSPs, 401(k), 403(b), and 457 plans, social security, retirement portfolios, annuities, and life insurance, as well as reporting tools. Before establishing RCA, Tom was the Principal of the Earnings Investment Corporation management firm.

Tom Marsella is a true visionary within his field. He was one of the original founders of the403-b Tax Sheltered Annuity (TSA)retirement plan for the school districts ofFresno (FUSD), Oakland (OUSD), and San Francisco (SFUSD), as well as the initiator of the very first 403-b tax annuity seminar for the employees of Fresno Community Hospital.

Outside of his work and extracurricular activities, Tom is a major proponent of athletics and general involvement in sports, as getting outside and participating in team activities have played integral roles in his life, especially as it relates to forming leadership skills. In 2010, Tom was recognized by the Age of Champions as one of the top senior athletes in all of California. Furthermore, he has competed in the Senior Olympics in track and field, and spent over 15 years participating in the Senior Hardball World Series.

Tom Marsella studied at the University of California, Berkeley eventually earning his undergraduate degree from Fresno State University in Business and Economics. He has supported his alma mater as a trustee with the Bulldog Foundation, as well as being an endowment committee member.

Tom has positioned himself as a true thought leader and visionary in his field, having given over 100 seminars on retirement planning to date and promoting involvement in a number of impactful organizations that wield mission statements he can fully support.

Tom Marsella has provided support to the likes of the Jelly Belly company in their efforts to ship candy to troops overseas, as well as Prison Fellowship Ministry, which supports the rehabilitation of inmates as they prepare to be reintroduced to society.
