My recent experience has been in sales, marketing and business development as the founder of Andrew Consultants. We have worked with Hispanic CPG companies, a global console game developer, Berkshire Hathaway companies, Fortune 500 retailers and numerous agencies designing consumer incentive promotions, loyalty programs, instant win games and sweepstakes.
At Parago I was recruited to run their creative and usability teams which built the interfaces for their enterprise platform to process transactions and provide customer service via their outsourcers around the world. I traveled to data entry and call center facilities in the Dominican Republic and Mexico to conduct onsite usability studies that resulted in system enhancements. At a startup I rolled my sleeves up and assisted with sales, marketing, product development, roadmaps, and anywhere there was a need. I was instrumental in launching Interactive Promotions as a profitable line of business.
HealthVision recruited me to help them build out their web-based products for healthcare providers. At a startup everyone wears multiple hats and I was no exception. In addition to working with the physicians, nurses and hospital administration SME's to design a web based workflow system I was also intimately involved in the application development and assisting with sales and marketing.
