Marshall Weidner

Marshall is 30 years old and has been playing drums and percussion for over 18 years. He has a formal training background with a Degree in Music: Emphasis in Percussion and another Degree in Recording Industry Audio Engineering from Middle Tennessee State University. While he has been in the Nashville area for about 8 years, Marshall has spent the majority of his time both engineering and performing in the studio as well as touring regionally and internationally with various artists and bands ranging in genres from Rock to Country, Jazz and Blues; many of which have been signed with major or independent labels and publishers. Marshall is currently on national tour with Broken Bow recording artist James Wesley. Marshall has been teaching percussion and music in Middle Tennessee for over 4 years. He incorporates his real world experience as a professional musician in his lessons that are open to anyone age six and above, at any level of playing from beginner to advanced. With an emphasis on percussion technique and solid understanding of theory basics, Marshall ensures an exciting and enthusiastic approach to music and drumming.
