I am a teacher and a lover of history. Every day I walk into a classroom of high school students and think to myself, "How am I going to keep their attention" in a world of instant information and technology the job of a teacher keeps getting harder. But as hard as it is there is nothing else in the world I would rather do.

Little about me, I am a Graduate of Indiana State University with a B.S. in Social Studies Education and a graduate from the University of Indianapolis with a M.A. in Curriculum and Design. I started teaching for Indianapolis Public Schools in 2004 and currently teach At Columbus North High School. This year marks my 9th in the classroom, my goal, 31 more years.
