Computational scientist & Musician
Formally trained in the sciences and a serious amateur musician, I am open to opportunities in both technical and artistic fields.
I have a background in computing science, math, physics and chemistry, with a doctorate in chemistry (the focus being semiclassical molecular dynamics). I have run multiple websites, programmed in many languages, and have been involved in software projects.
I am an oboist at the pre-professional level. My musicial studies are ongoing. I am heavily involved in the amateur music community in Edmonton, and frequently perform on the oboe, English horn, baroque oboe and piano. I will also play the harpsichord. I have been involved in numerous non-profits and serve on the board of a few.
