I'm a science teacher, NASA Associate, and the Executive Director of the Mars Society. I work with NASA and the Mars Society researching Mars analogs on Earth. I've traveled to extreme places looking for hardy life forms, inspected 3.5 billion year old stromatolites, and swam in the Indian Ocean. I love what I do: I promote humans to Mars.
Two things that are important to me are humanity and growth. I do what I do to see that both continue.
Plus, isn't he adorable?
