Then I help them reconfigure their career trajectories to get them closer to more fulfilling, engaging careers (and life --because one can't be achieved without the other tagging along) by teaching them how to write a kick-ass resume that will make employers sit up and take notice so they have a better chance of reaching their dreams -- both in life and in work!
I "speak" to the folks who fall into the Myers-Briggs Introverted Intuitive quadrant (INFP, INFJ, INTP, INTJ) and find I can shine a beacon of light and a soft place to land on their frequently challenging journey towards discerning meaningful and planet-saving work in this often not so kind or benificent world we live in.
