I'm an Experienced technical manager within the PFI facilities management sector with a background in multi discipline engineering services, which has included Boiler Houses supplying hospitals and brewery industries, Generators High Voltage and Low Voltage, Management of directly employed labour and contractors, managing the supply chain from start to finish, ensuring statutory and contractual compliance at all times.

My experience has been gained through contract maintenance in Facilities Management primarily within the PFI Healthcare sector but has included specific projects with customers in other sectors.

I have operational experience in asset and facilities maintenance covering multiple sites, and delivery of life cycle works.

I have recently written and deployed a new PPM plan for a new CAFM software deployment.

I am currently qualified as an Authorised Person for Boilers and Pressures Systems, Medical Piped Gasline systems, Confined Spaces, Ventilation, Low Voltage, Hot Works, Natural Gas
