Marta Garcia Lara

My name is Marta and I am student of Tourism & Hospitality, Education/Research in CETT (University of Barcelona). This is my last year of degree.

During these four years, I have been working in different companies doing different things. First I was as a hotel management assistant in Byhours.com, an enterprise which sells accomodation by hours. My internship there it lasted four months approximately. Then, in my third year, since August until December (2014) I lived the best experience of my live: the Erasmus program. I studied in Stavanger (Norway) in the Universitet i Stavanger. I learned a lot during that short period and I met the most amazing people. When I came back here, to Barcelona, I started my second internship, since March to July (2015) in Esferic BCN, a place where different types of events take place, from special events and weddings until professional events from differents companies. During those months, I had a lot of responsibility because my comercial boss had to leave the company for personal purposes.

My main goal before finishing this degree, is to leave Barcelona and go to any country in order to develop my final degree project. After that, I hope to have job, and if not, I won't stop until find my dream job.

My objectives are grow up professionally and of course personally thanks to my consistency and perseverance and the experiences I will have.
