My over 10 years’ experience in IT Support especially in Service Management would fit in a position that is in similar areas. I would be happy to use my knowledge to build, implement, and improve departments, operations, processes, businesses.
Years ago I started in the IT area working as a Help Desk agent to currently be an educated and well experienced Service Management executive with strong ITIL knowledge.
I have experiences in leading smaller and bigger teams, working on support implementations, service transitions, project management, and building up new IT Service Desk, Incident Management, and Problem Management and run Service Management team.
