I am Marta and have over 20 years portfolio and IT leadership experience. I have an excellent track record at designing change frameworks, leading complex transformation programmes and delivering global strategic portfolios. I have managed budgets up to £35 million and multidisciplinary teams up to 100staff. I have been consistently successful at leading organisational change, defining and implementing strategic roadmaps, designing technical processes and putting in place initiatives for effective process optimisation and change management. I have a strong blend of business and technical skills.
