Marta Rosàs

Hey there, I’m Marta. Graduate in Psychology and currently pursuing a Master's in Work, Organizational, and Human Resources Psychology. During my internship at Occident, I gained a comprehensive understanding of how an HR department operates, with a particular focus on training and compensation. Additionally, I had the opportunity to contribute to an automation project, which allowed me to develop a more analytical and strategic perspective on processes.I consider myself a responsible, organized, and committed person, eager to keep learning. I am looking to grow professionally and add value in environments where employee experience and continuous improvement are key to organizational development.
