I'm a social worker and have been since 1996. Along the way I have taken an interest in digital photography and then web design.
The thing that made the connection between the two was a photgraphy project. When I decided to turn that into a web site at www.imagesandwords.org.uk it got me hooked on the web side of things. My current site is www.neighbourgood.co.uk which combines my social work knowledge with Wordpress development.
