I'm a native of Midwest-USA and have over a decade of experience working in coffee markets throughout Europe and West Asia.

Understanding the needs of small and medium-sized specialty roasters in Turkey and the Arabian Peninsula has allowed me the ability to source exceptional coffees in a more transparent and sustainable way.

In 2017, I saw an opportunity to improve the way roasters in West Asia source coffee. As a green coffee buyer and GM for Arabica Trading House, I have built relationships across coffee producing regions in East Africa, the Americas and Southeast Asia.

So after 3 years of growth and success within the B2B(business to business) sector, we are now ready to move to the next level by entering the B2C(business to consumer) sector with our new project: ATH| Retail, a coffee tasting room micro-roastery experience.

Our retail concept and buildout will create a platform for the coffee community to be able to come together, under one roof to understand the entire supply chain from farm to cup.
