Martha Metzker

I've been been practicing massage in the Baltimore/Washington area for over ten years. My clients include individuals suffering from chronic pain, athletes looking to enhance their training regimen, pregnant women in the second and third trimesters, and anyone who simply has stress and needs a little help relaxing. I specialize in a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Release Techniques. Although I'm probably best known for my deep tissue skills, I always listen carefully to each individual to work within their comfort level.

I have offices at the Federal Hill Massage & Wellness Center in Baltimore, and at the Howard County Holistic Center in Columbia MD. All sessions are by appointment only.

I am a graduate of the Baltimore School of Massage, Certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork, a Registered Massage Practitioner (RMP) with the Maryland Massage & Chiropractic Board (a division of the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene), and member of the American Massage Therapy Association. When I'm not busy massaging, I'm busy being a mom to my daughter, Sophie. I love what I do, and hope you will too!
