Therapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker in United States

I am Martha Fernandez, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and co-founder of CEREVITY, a private-pay concierge telehealth practice for high-achieving professionals across the United States.

My clients are usually described the same way: outwardly successful, internally exhausted. Founders mid-raise, attorneys mid-trial, physicians walking out of a shift they cannot talk about, commercial pilots weighing a medical certificate against asking for help. Most of them have already tried gentler therapy and quietly walked away from it.

The work is direct and evidence-based. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as practical instruments to interrupt rumination and turn insight into observable change, with narrative and solution-focused work for clients who have circled the same story for years. Most of my caseload falls into executive burnout, anxiety and depression, and the relationship strain that builds quietly while the calendar keeps winning.

USC-trained. Licensed in California, seeing clients in English and Spanish. Author of Wired to Burn. My full clinical profile, specialties, and current availability are on my CEREVITY provider page.
