My mission is to show women and heart-centered men in the second half of life how to create a life of meaning, health and abundance, so that they can live the life they were BORN TO LOVE.

For over 20 years I’ve worked with teams and individuals, helping them build their dreams, accelerate results, and create richer, more fulfilling lives. I have 25 years of experience as an analyst and consultant for Fortune 500 investment banking firms such as Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and Fidelity Investments, and two decades of experience as a facilitator of personal change journeys.

Hi! My name is Martha Grier. The first thing you should know about me is that I LOVE MY LIFE! I have survived and thrived through some intense life experiences. I am so glad to be alive during this pivotal time in human history and grateful to be part of the movement to create a world that works for everyone.

I am a certified DreamBuilder® coach and Life Mastery Consultant, vibrational healing practitioner, speaker and trainer. I have synthesized my varied skills and certifications—such as Transformational Life and Holistic Health Coaching, Ayurveda, Yoga and Meditation, Reiki, Integrative Sound and Music Therapy—into a unique method of transformation that allows me to help you on all levels: Mind, Body and Spirit.

My entry into personal leadership and wellness came as a result of the traumas and challenges I faced as a child. My breakthrough to wholehearted living came in the form of an illness I experienced in 1996. After suffering for 9 months while working within the allopathic medical system, I took my health into my own hands and was cured in 4 months using holistic means.

That illness was one of the greatest gifts I have ever received. It was my initiation into living my life's purpose. My intimate understanding not only of what's needed to heal, but also of the many ways that potential healing can be sabotaged, is what I believe makes me an effective and compassionate facilitator of clients' change journeys.

There’s nothing that I love better than witnessing the moment someone gets that twinkle in his or her eyes when they've broken through a long-experienced block and they realize the power they have to create the change their soul desires.
