Martin Holmes

I am a devoted musician, which is demonstrated by the amount of musical activity I take part in both in a professional and leisure capacity. During my development as a musician I have taken many opportunities to work within the music industry such as performer, promoter, studio engineer, session musician, live sound engineer and lecturer. This shows my enthusiasm, willingness to learn, commitment and drive to succeed. As head of a music department I have demonstrated strong leadership skills, where I am able to take responsibility working with others and as an individual. I have excellent communication skills, which I use to help achieve the best from myself and others.
