Marti O'Brien

I'm an artist, and a retired activities co-ordinator. I fill my days enjoying the freedom to do as I wish for the first time in my life.

I was born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan Canada.... Although we didn't have a lot of money, I never felt that we were poor in any way.

I was raised in a very religious manner but I have since decided that religion is not for me.

I am a solo singer and performed my first song at the tender age of three. I play the guitar....not well, but well enough to accompany myself.

When it comes to art, I do meditational painting. I will try to figure out how to post some of my work on here.

I also do some figurative art and have recently discovered the joy of working with pastels.

I don't do my work in order to sell....although I have sold a little. I have given much of my work away because I like to give....and if my work brings pleasure to someone, that is payment enough for me.
