The Rapid Defence Martial Arts Academy was crated in 2004 by martial arts veteran Talib Fehlhaber. Talib, who has over 30 years of experience in that field, has been very successful in training and mentoring people since 1993. His students include members of the U.S. Army, housewifes, students and police men. He has been conducting self-defence tutorials and sessions for the Chamber of Commerce, Norwich City College and the John Innes Institute.

The Rapid Defence Academy is not only Norwich's premier full time martial arts training centre, it is also the first and only full time (Wing Chun) Kung Fu academy in East Anglia.
