Martijn Rutgers

Martijn is married to Linda and father of Eline and Anna. He's been on staff with Crossroads since August 2007, originally as Community Pastor and for the last two years as Pastor of Faith Formation. After receiving his Master of Law degree from Leiden University in 1998 he worked at the Ministry of Justice, but felt an increasing call to full-time Christian ministry. This eventually led him to the Shelter Christian Youth Hostel Ministry in Amsterdam where he worked as an assistant-manager for five years. While working at the Shelter he studied Theology part-time at Tyndale Theological Seminary, receiving a Master of Divinity degree in June 2007.
