I provide IT support and advice for businesses of varying sizes across the Yorkshire region. With over 20 years IT experience across a number of disciplines, I am well placed to help your business work more efficiently with both your existing or emerging technology. Whether you require advice on how to work more effectively as an individual or within a team, I am able to offer ‘geek-free’ advice to ensure you do not go out and spend too much on over-functional, over-priced solutions.

I am available to work with you and your business on specific projects where you require an outsourced ’in-house’ IT Manager. However, if you prefer I welcome the opportunity to build a long-term business relationship with you that will allow me to provide day to day support and development. My priority is to understand your business and introduce new solutions as they become relevant.

Using my experience of larger businesses, I love using that knowledge to help individuals just as you start your own business. At this embryonic stage, I understand first hand that you need to be the salesman, marketeer, finance controller and find time to produce what actually makes the money. I want to help you by taking away the overwhelming language of technology and talk to you in plain Yorkshire. I will offer you advice on cost-effective hardware and software, as well as help you implement branded email, calendar and backups etc. across the devices that will rule your life from day one.

I work with Mac and Windows PC’s, laptops and servers, and with Adobe, Google and Microsoft desktop application to ensure businesses have the most effective tools at their fingertips.

I also have experience in preparing and implementing Business Continuity Plans for single or multi-site businesses, and am available to implement firewall, anti-virus, backup and security solutions to protect both your business interests as well as those of your employees.
