Martin Jenkins

Founder and Principal

Martin Jenkins specializes in succession and wealth transition planning, first as an advisor to prominent family enterprises and now in the Jenkins family's investment strategy.

From 1999 to 2019, as Founder and CEO of Oxford Place (www.oxfordplace.com), he counseled two dozen prominent families with multinational, closely held businesses on succession planning, creating the Family Investment Committees, Shareholder Boards, and Family Boards that help families manage diversified assets across generations. He has lectured on Family Wealth Transition at Columbia University in New York and Cambridge University in the UK.

Martin is now Founder and Principal of the Jenkins Family Office, a private investment company. The JFO invests across a comprehensive, internationally diversified set of asset classes, including agriculture, real estate, public, private, and venture equities, credit and fixed income, alternatives, commodities, collectibles, and infrastructure, an approach designed to insulate the portfolio from global market disruption, capture opportunity in developed and emerging economies, and withstand exogenous shocks.
