I believe in adventure, love and trust. I believe that everything happens for a reason, not just because its easy to blame. I believe that friends come and go, but the ones you need are there to stay (whether you like it or not). I believe everyone should travel and because I have, I know who I am. I wear 2 silver bracelets on my left arm that I never take off. One with my name, reminding me where I come from and the other, the name of a friend, KIA, reminding me how lucky I am to be here.

I did 4 years of college, got 2 degrees, worked in politics, had a job selling SCUBA books, went back to politics, left for the non-profit world and took a leap of faith in starting my own business. I wish I had more time to read books, more money to travel, & more time to write in my blog.

A friend once told me "Don't wish, just do it."

So here I am, 29, single, still traveling, self-employed, promising to write more, confident in who I am, happy with life, giving back where I can, taking every adventure that comes at me (scary or not) and finally slowing down to notice & appreciate the little things in life.

I love my life. I love me. I love the people who surround me. And I love every up & down and crazy adventure I have been through.
