Tough question really, especially when doing self analysis. My staff and co workers would say I am a firm but fair manager, always mucks in and always willing to try new methods to achieve results. I have a logical approach and try to explore each avenue before choosing the correct path.

Performance driven and have always managed to get the best out of people. Always wanting to see my team go on and better themselves, to keep pushing themselves and succeed.

I am flexible and can react to changing situations with ease.

I have a varied career and numerous transferable skills that would be of value to an employer.

Kind, caring, good humoured, bit of a geek (ok thats a lie, they would say I am a huge geek at times) and family orientated.
