North Vancouver - British Columbia - Canada

Born and raised in the magnificent West Kootenay, I moved to Vancouver to attend the University of British Columbia - I'm still here. A big chunk of the summer is spent on the east shore of Kootenay Lake reconnecting with family and the region. I now live and work on the North Shore.

As a husband, father of two teenagers and teacher my life is full. Family adventures on Galiano Island - building, yard work, exploring on foot, bike and kayak; home repairs and renos; cheering for kid's soccer and hockey teams; playing (poorly) my own hockey games; skiing on the local mountains; and spending time with extended family and friends. That's what keeps me busy. Oh, that and the usual responsibilities of being a teacher to a bunch of 11 to 13 year olds!
