Martin Bertram Bakersfield

A technology consultant and entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience in his field, Martin Bertram currently serves as a partner at I.T. Works, a provider of diversified corporate network solutions based in Bakersfield, California. Formerly based in Michigan, Martin Bertram spent years as an independent IT consultant before moving to California, where he enrolled at the Computer Education Institute in Riverside. Following graduation, Mr. Bertram became a technical instructor at his alma mater, teaching courses on server database and design, network infrastructure, Internet security, and other subjects. Cofounding I.T. Works in 2003, he has since turned his company into a respected name in the business IT industry, with a particular specialization in Microsoft products.

Aside from his responsibilities at I.T. Works, Martin Bertram has been involved with Calvary Chapel Bakersfield, implementing a livescan fingerprinting system for the church bookstore and teaching various Bible school and Sunday school classes. An author as well, Mr. Bertram penned the 2006 fantasy novel Vanity of Vanities, a journey that connects medieval kingdoms to the lessons of the Old Testament.
