Martin David Hoyle (born May 12, 1959), is an American Inventor.

While working in New Orleans Louisiana during the early years of internet development (1996), Hoyle recognized the value of client side technology in the internet scheme. Additional patented innovations including internet 'Targeted Advertising' and 'Cloud Computing' emerged during this period.
