Victor Martinez

Victor is a passionate leader and entrepreneur with a very strong interest in developing others. Not being sure if he enjoys building relationships more than eating, but he makes a strong effort of doing both as much as possible.

After studying Engineering at the University of Puerto Rico, relocated to Cincinnati, to work for P&G where had various roles leading internal and external innovation programs for diaper and adult incontinence products. More recently tasked to enable Surface Care exponential business growth by re-defining its innovation program.

On the side, what started as a learning opportunity, became a business where Victor has led a team of 10 independent financial professionals located across Ohio, Florida, Pennsylvania and Puerto Rico to help over 100 families over the past 3 years where acquired a strong passion for helping people have a better financial future. This became the foundation to create a company (acrew) that would leverage technology to help people save for the things that matters to them.

Super important to him is serving as a Volunteer with his wife at church where they support early Faith formation, discipleship program and faith building community groups. Last, but not least he enjoys spending time with wife and daughters, especially when they giggle.
