I'm a 50+ yr old hispanic, married female who spends my time at work, church/ministry and with family.

In my spare time, I like to research my genealogy, write and read. In the past, I've attempted a newsletter and now I'm learning how to do a blog.

The reason I'm attempting the blog is because of my life purpose, which is:

To help every woman that God brings across my path, to turn their thoughts and hearts toward God, by providing practical help, with words (spoken or written), challenges, encouragement and acts of kindness. I want to be an example of how a Christian woman dresses, acts, thinks, and speaks. I want to be known as a Godly woman who puts others ahead of herself, who helps the poor, the orphans and the widows. I always try to treat others the way I would want to be treated.

I want to have the abundant life here on earth that Jesus came and died for. I don't have all the answers and I don't do it right all the time, but I'm just so grateful to God for his love and blessings, and I truly am trying to live by the standards set in the Bible.

When you truly experience God, you are no longer the same. If your relationship with Him is growing, you won't be content with just going to church on Sundays. You'll want to become more like Him and the only way is through reading His Word and having the relationship with Him. I believe that awesome women of God are productive. It is impossible to be full of God and have nothing to show for it!
