(M.Zuckerberg, CEO Facebook) Growen up in the countryside of Berchtesgaden, Germany , Martin is still that kind man he had been in his childhood. As a pupil Martin started to prove his courage on the dirty and wet football ground next to a big farm every day. Without any permission of his parents he battled in everyday`s football matches with his friends for the best goal or even the greatest fun. He learned how a team works and of course how to manage talents. Learning from the sport and focusing his aims - he always analyses his talents to meet every challenge as far as possible. With this ambition and courage but also his heart, to break new ground, he is still on his way - focused and concentrated and growen with every challenge . Of course he was so often on the feet and made mistakes, but he came back to confront and learn from these. He still does today, because only then you will find new ways for innovation and strategies.
