As a Programme Manager with 100 Black Men of London, I lead initiatives to empower young Black men by providing them with the tools, mentorship, and guidance to succeed personally and professionally. My work in this capacity allows me to mentor, guide, and instil leadership qualities in the next generation, helping them develop critical skills, professional acumen, and a mindset focused on excellence and accountability.
