The recipient of a juris doctor from the George Washington University Law School, Martin Price serves as the executive chairman of HealthTrackRx and the president of the Annalex Group. At HealthTrackRx, Martin Price has overseen daily operations in the clinical laboratory since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Among his responsibilities at the Annalex Group, he assists corporate clients seeking to stabilize their business during a crisis, with the aim of increasing revenue growth and operational efficiency.
He joined HealthTrackRx in 2020 and the Annalex Group in 2019. As president of the latter company, he facilitates services that include corporate restructuring, litigation, turnaround, and other complex matters. Under his leadership, the advisory firm is committed to helping its clients quickly respond to challenges; to this end, it regularly utilizes the knowledge of its investors, management teams, and board of directors.
With years of executive leadership experience and a background as an attorney, Mr. Price led the Annalex Group in providing advisory services to such entities as national clinical diagnostic laboratories, an IT health care solutions company, and multi-state physician service organizations.
