Martin Pustavrh

Buenos Aires, Argentina

I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina but I was raised by two differents cultures, Slovenian and Argentine. My four grandfathers are Slovenian and my parents taught me that beautiful language and culture. It´s my mother tongue, my first language. Spanish came with the kindergarten.

Going to Slovenian school in Argentina on Saturdays until I finished high school, have made me who I am now. I have the knowledge of two really different cultures, two points of view, two different ways of thinking. And, it helps me a lot, day after day, making the right choices, analyzing them twice.

Beeing open minded made me capable of doing great things. As a part of the Young Board in one of the Slovenian's Community in Argentina I led some projects to withold and increase, through different activities such as sport and community work, the number of member of our community.

I´m finishing the bachelor of electronic/telecommunications engineering at Universidad Nacional de La Matanza. The first years of collegue, I worked part-time in a factory as an office boy. The final years I got a job full-time in a telecommunication's company.

During the college life I participated in many different activities. One of them was in my University in the electronic lab. We made a robot to participate in the Nationtal Competition of Sumo Robot. We achieved the first positions, The next years our work encouraged other to do the same.

What made me think wider in my life was the first student congress I participated. It was like seeing my hole life with a much different perspective... and perspective is everything.

South American Business Forum (SABF) it´s a large student congress in Argentina. I participated twice, in 2009 and 2012. At present I´m applying to World Business Dialogue in Germany.

At present, I´m finishing my electronic course, thinking about my future and beeing very interesting in NGO´s, business, social media and on-line marketing.

I´m implementing a life philosophy: 30 MINUTES. You can help people not just donating money, your time is more important. So, the value of your time contribution is higher. What can you do for helping others?

Next year I´m joining the NGO "Techo para mi pais". Being volunteer is a huge contribution that we can made to the society.
