My work focuses on the human side of change — motivation, confidence, capability, resistance, and the conditions that help people translate intention into meaningful action.

I facilitate leadership and organizational learning programs, coach leaders navigating meaningful change, and partner with consulting and learning organizations that need an experienced facilitator and delivery partner.
