I am a freelance facilitator, program designer and learning and development professional. I am active in non-formal education and adventure education since 2013, using my communication & facilitation skills to create a dynamic and safe learning environment for my target group - adult groups, eager to grow. I am active in the business world and the non-formal educational world alike, my programs aim to unfold the horizon of the participants taking into consideration their learning curve and using the power of the group. My vision is sustainable communication, cooperation & learning through creating perspective as facilitators and, all together as human beings.

I am working mainly in a group setting, working with behaviour & behavioural patterns and state management. My interests range from photography to hiking, and sports of various kinds. I am also interested in travel, personal development, and the outdoors.
