The owner and president of Henderson Properties since 2013, Marty Goodman builds upon a career as an entrepreneur that includes tenures as owner and president of the real estate investment firm Nautical Beach, founder and CEO of the $150 million private equity property loan asset fund Mortgage Income Fund, and founder and CEO of the online property loan exchange LoanMLS. Marty Goodman has been a licensed California real estate broker since 1997.
Mr. Goodman has also shared his real estate and general business expertise as a published writer and an adjunct professor with the University of San Diego School of Business. In addition to authoring several articles, he wrote the books Delinquency Dollars and Earning High Yield in a Low Yield World.
Outside of the professional arena, Marty Goodman is an instrument-rated pilot as well as a CFI, and CFII flight instructor and a member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association. He also enjoys skiing and scuba diving. In an effort to give back to the global community, he has served tenures as both a board member and advisor with the philanthropic organization Social Venture Partners International.
