Marty Otero has over 25 years of work experience in Bilingual Communications and management of social media sites on FaceBook and Linkedin. She has written a blog for International recording artist, "FRANCO" and has won state and national awards for her work.

She served on cultural and Hispanic Arts Advisory Committees and has experience working with Hispanic artists, photographers, entertainers and talent. In college she participated in coordinating Arts related events and film festivals. She is a native of Mexico City and has dual citizenship.

She is a nationally award-winning communications professional with vast experience leading marketing, communications and public relations campaigns for national organizations, education programs, non-profits, and state agencies.
