Marvin Rodriguez

Marvin Rodríguez is currently an MBA full time student at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business (Exchange Program) and INCAE Business School.
Before starting his MBA, Marvin worked for two years as a stockbroker at Popular Valores; an important broker dealer firm in Costa Rica. He gained relevant experience serving high net worth investors and institutional customers such as pension funds, banks, and private companies. It is important to mention that his experience and advisory services were oriented to the local and international markets, specifically fix income and US equities.
Besides Popular Valores, Marvin worked as a broker for Mutual Valores (Broker Dealer Firm), and also gained relevant experience in the project management field, working as Global Project Manager for Hewlett Packard.
In addition, during his MBA Summer Internship in 2013, Marvin had the chance to work for a Registered Investment Advisor and a Wealth Management firm at Miami. This experience gave him the opportunity to work directly with the CEO and CFO in the investment strategies of the firms, and the administration activities of each company.
Finally, Marvin Rodríguez has a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Universidad De La Salle, and counts with the stock broker credential from Bolsa Nacional de Valores.
