In the fitness industry I am known as a Personal Trainer, Group exercise Presenter and educator, but in reality I am none of these!

I create and deliver education within the fitness industry. With over 15 years of experience and having travelled worldwide delivering education I help others achieve their professional ambitions.

This could be:

- Writing your own course

- Filming professional videos for your online membership website (which I can do for you)

- Help with an idea that you have

I guess you could say I am a project manager and consultant.

Personally I am think that I am the middle man that is needed in this industry. I pride myself in wanting to learn and help.
