For more than two decades I've worked extensively as a senior executive in Europe, North America, South America and Asia for everything from startup companies to billion dollar brands. Regardless of the country or culture, I have a proven track record of success, notably due to effective distributor and business development practices.

An open communicator and relationship builder, Marvin provides clear direction in a results-oriented style. His greatest strength is the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships – both corporate and field.

Among his many abilities, Marvin is fluent in Spanish. He is also a proven specialist in compensation design and is considered one of the foremost policy experts in direct sales. Because of his impeccable command of business ethics, he was appointed by British Parliament to help rewrite the laws governing network marketing in the UK.

Marvin holds a Masters degree in social science (MSS) in Economics from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University. Proud father of a daughter, a son, and three grandsons, he is committed to his family. He also proudly claims his son-in-law as his own.
