With dynamic leadership and a change agent, who achieved operational excellence, quality, integrity, commitment and market positioning through one of her latest assignments in 2009/2010: implementing the first public sector Retail Academy in the Arab Republic of Egypt with the vision to promote, integrate and empower SMEs and M-SMEs according to world class retail services standards. During my professional career, I structured, fundraised and monitored budgets up to EGP 30 Million, while adapting to financial market adjustments and modifications.

Graduated from the American University in Cairo (Philosophy Major with Honors and a Computer Science Minor); and, received my certificates of Executive Management and Women Leadership Development from AUC, as well. Held posts at the American University in Cairo, Embassy of the United States in Egypt, Midwest Universities Consortium and University of Illinois projects, Cairo Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Trade and Industry. Between 2010 and 2012, served as a judge, panelist and mentor for: Goldman Sachs Women’s Entrepreneurship and Leadership Program (WEL), Boeing Youth Program, Women Employability Skills, to mention some.
