My name is Mary Braaten. I am a full time REALTOR living in Sumter, South Carolina - home of Shaw Air Force Base. This is all I do and I love what I do! I am originally from Tucson, Az and grew up in a tiny little town called Tumacacori, Az - just north of the border of Mexico. I am a 3rd generation REALTOR, following in the footsteps of my grandfather (JP Vaughan) and my father (Art Vaughan). I have been happily married to my knight in shining armor, Russ Braaten, for almost 40 years. We have 2 grown daughters, Courtney and Amy. In 2010, we entered one of the best stages of our lives when we became Grandparents! We npw have 7 beautiful grandchildren, all living within a few miles of our home. Grandparenthood is truly the best thing ever! Russ and I have been members of Destiny Praise Center, our church, for over 20 years and serve as deacons - and whatever else they need us to do. I love my God. I love my Family. I love my job. I love this city we live in!
