Mary Massad of Insperity serves as Division President, Recruiting Services. She has led all aspects of the company’s recruiting program since 1994 and is presently defining innovative strategies to raise the profile of the new Insperity Recruiting Services, now a stand-alone recruiting firm within the Insperity infrastructure. Those strategies encompass the employment community as a whole to enhance client and candidate confidence, maintain competitive recruiting practices and services and ensure the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.
