Dr. Mary C. Nemati, PhD. LP.

Is a Licensed Psychologist in the state of North Carolina . She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Georgia. She has been in practice for over 17 years. She is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the North Carolina Psychological Association (NPA). She is also an accomplished concert pianist.
She completed a pre-doctoral clinical internship with children, adolescents, and adults at The Bradley Center of St. Francis Hospital. Her post doctoral internship was completed at The Developmental and Psychological Center of Moses Cone Hospital.

DR. NEMATI provides therapy for children, adolescents, individual adults, couples, and families.
She helps individuals facing a range of emotional difficulties including stress, anxiety, relationship and women's issues.
She specializes in individual, marriage, and family counseling, parent training, behavioral modification, problem-solving strategies, social skills training, conflict resolution, anxiety/stress management, and depression.
She conducts psychological evaluations for children, teens, and adults, assessing cognitive abilities, learning and academic problems, disabilities, social, emotional, and behavioral problems.
